User Agreement (EULA) for the Prayk App

Effective Date: 2025

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the mobile application Prayk (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), available through the App Store and Google Play. By registering in the App or using it, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms, please stop using the App.

1. Description of the App

The Prayk App allows users to post announcements of the following types:

  • Want to Buy: users publish information about the products they wish to purchase (including condition, need for delivery, credit options, etc.).
  • Auction: users list products for sale via auction, allowing others to place bids.
  • Exchange: users post announcements for exchange offers.
  • Service: users offer their services.
  • Rental: users offer items for rent.


The App also provides an internal chat that activates when the author of the announcement accepts another user's offer.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Before registering and using the App, all users must familiarize themselves with and agree to this Agreement. It is important to understand that offensive, unwanted, or illegal content is not allowed in the App. Users who violate the terms may be blocked without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

All users of the App agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and when posting announcements.
  • Not publish content that violates laws, third-party rights, or the terms of this Agreement.
  • Maintain decorum and ethics when communicating with other users via chat.


Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Posting offensive, discriminatory, or illegal materials.
  • Distributing false information or spam.
  • Posting offers that violate laws, such as prohibited goods or services for sale.


4. Content Moderation

The administration of Prayk reserves the right to:

  • Moderate and remove content that violates the rules.
  • Block users who distribute prohibited content.
  • Limit access to certain features of the App for users who violate the terms of use.


If a user sees content that violates the terms, they can report the violation using the built-in "Report" feature.

5. Privacy Policy

All data provided by users is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available in the App. Prayk is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of personal information and will not share it with third parties without the user's consent.

6. User Responsibilities When Using Chat

The App provides an internal chat for users to communicate about offers and transactions. Users are required to:

  • Respect other users and avoid offensive or unwanted communication.
  • Use the chat solely for discussing items in announcements and transactions.
  • Report any rule violations through the appropriate function.


7. Prohibited Content


The following types of content are prohibited from being posted:

  • Offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or extremist content.
  • Fraudulent offers, fake goods, or misleading information.
  • Goods and services prohibited for sale under the laws of your country.
  • Content that violates copyrights, patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.


8. Administration Rights

Prayk reserves the right at its discretion to:

  • Remove any content that violates the terms of this Agreement.
  • Block accounts of users who violate the rules or the law.
  • Make changes to the functionality of the App, including changing or removing certain features.


9. Account Suspension and Blocking

Prayk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account without prior notice if they violate the terms of the Agreement or the law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Prayk App provides a platform for user interaction and is not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, and legality of goods and services offered through the App.
  • The accuracy of information in announcements and user profiles.
  • User actions, including completing transactions, payment, or delivery of goods.


11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users or between a user and the administration of Prayk, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be considered in accordance with the laws of the country where the user is registered.

12. Changes to the Agreement

Prayk reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement. Users will be notified of any changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
